2013 Golden Globes Red Carpet Fashion – Julianne Hough Sparkles in Frilly Monique Lhuillier

Julianne Hough was a stunner in her frilly, frothy and confectionary Monique Lhuillier gown on the red carpet of the 2013 Golden Globes. The white gown had a massive tulle train, while the bodice was sprinkled with gold grommets.

The gown was glamorous, and we love that Hough paired it with a punky hairstyle. It was a gorgeous contrast. She was flaw to the less.

But her best accessory might have been boyfriend Ryan Seacrest, who was dapper in his gray tux. Together they look like they're posing for a prom photo from a very stylish high school.
