Barber Picks Up Key Endorsement in Race to Replace Sen. Seward

51st State Senate candidate Jim Barber announces he received the endorsement of the Delaware County Democratic Committee. It is the fifth county Democratic committee to support the candidate running to succeed Senator Jim Seward who is retiring. Barber’s public service includes seven years as the New York State Executive Director for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency and two years in the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets as Special Assistant to the Commissioner.
