Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Norwich

Few details have been released by New York State Police at Norwich regarding a fatal accident just before 10pm near Fred's Inn on State Highway 12 in Norwich. According to Troop C investigators, a pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Names of the accident victim and driver of the vehicle have not yet been released. An investigation is on-going and more details will be released when available.
