Peace, Love & Lights: A Magical Drive-Through Festival in New York’s Catskills

The grounds of Bethel Woods are transformed into a glowing wonderland from November 24  to December 31 as Peace, Love & Lights allows you to switch off your headlights and be guided along a magical route.

The display is filled with several different themed areas including New York Holidays, Around The World, Snowflake Alley, Christmas Candy Cane Lane, Enchanted Forest, and Groovy Way, all paying homage to the historic site of Woodstock.

This year, Peace, Love & Lights has expanded its light displays, adding even more magical elements.

In addition to the light displays, there are several add-ons available to enhance your Peace, Love & Lights experience. Take a break from the drive to enjoy a Gingerbread Build & Sip event, where you can build a candy creation while sipping on regional wines. Embrace the holiday cheer with a Dinner with Santa, where families can enjoy a gourmet all-you-can-eat buffet dinner before or after their drive-through experience.

The fun continues after the drive as visitors are invited to the Holiday Hub located on the Bethel Woods Upper Campus. Dine by the fire, enjoy delicious food, and sip on holiday drinks. And, you won't want to miss the chance to explore the museum's exhibits, which showcase the legacy of the iconic Woodstock festival.

Peace, Love & Lights also offers the Sullivan 180 Walk-Thru.  On Mondays, visitors can experience the lights on foot for an outdoor winter exercise. There is the Holiday Market which takes place November 24-26.

Peace, Love & Lights opens its gates from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with the last entry at 9:00 p.m. It's best to purchase tickets in advance to secure your spot. In the event of ugly weather, closures will be communicated via email and social media platforms.
