Justin Timberlake Offers Universal Relationship Advice in 2014 PCAs Speech

Justin Timberlake, looking snazzy in black, offered up a piece of universal dating and relationship advice when accepting his 2014 People's Choice Award for Favorite Album (Jan. 8) for 'The 20/20 Experience.'

He thanked his wife Jessica Biel and told the dudes out there that it's the little things, like putting dishes in the dishwasher, that make all the difference, so pay attention.

Know it. Live it. Learn it. Do it.

And big ups to JT for doling out words of wisdom to fans during HIS acceptance speech. We loved every minute of it.
