Norwich Woman Takes Drug Plea Deal

A Norwich woman accused of drug possession with intent to sell takes a plea deal. Prosecutors say 22-year-old Cheyanne Moore pleaded guilty to a felony possession charge in connection with the December 2018 incident where she was found with methamphetamine plus over $35,000 in cash and a gun. When sentenced Moore will be in jail for 30 months followed by three years’ supervised release. Federal charges may still be pending.
