Oneonta Couple featured On ‘NOVA’ May 15 TV Episode

Professor Emeritus and Curator Emeritus of Anthropology Dr. David Anthony and his wife and research partner, Dorcas Brown, will be featured in this week's episode of NOVA. The subject is horse domestication and the beginning of horseback riding.

Canadian anthropologist Niobe Thompson travels to sites in Kazakhstan, genetics labs in Denmark and anthropology museums in Russia to unlock mysteries surrounding the first riders of wild horses.

According to Hartwick College, the NOVA film crew was in Oneonta last summer interviewing David and Dorcas, and the results will air on WSKG at 9:00 p.m.
