Sip N' Sail Tavern owner Adrian Origoni, 40, was charged with selling alcohol to a person under the age of 21 after an operative by the New York State Police, city of Oneonta Police Department, and New York State Liquor Authority to curb underage drinking in the city.

The agencies checked local bars in Oneonta and Stamford after several reports of underage drinking.

Origoni was charged with one count of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child, 1st Degree, Prohibited Sale to a Person under 21 after selling alcohol to the underage operative.

Two underage patrons were identified and charged with one count each of Unlawful Possession of Alcohol Under the Age of 21. Case information was turned over to the New York State Liquor Authority pending further violations.

Belvedere Country Inn in Stamford passed the New York State Police and the State Liquor Authority Inspection.
