Grummons of the Lester R. Grummons Funeral Home in Oneonta is the recipient of the Eugene A. Bettiol, Jr., Distinguished Citizen Award, sponsored by Catskill Area Hospice and Palliative Care. The awards will be handed out on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Foothills Performing Arts Center in Oneonta.
