Scare Fest Is Coming to The Otsego County Fairgrounds

Halloween festivities await any who attends Scare Fest at Otsego County Fair Grounds in Morris, NY on October 21st, 2017.  The scary fun lasts all day, from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. It's $5.00 per person, but children 12 and under are free.
