Commerce Chenango’s Development Chenango has awarded a $20,000 microenterprise grant to Lilly Farms in Smithville Flats. The new tack and feed store opened in September.

Commerce Chenango is currently putting the final touches on its new offices in the middle of downtown Norwich. Jill Eddy, membership and event coordinator for Commerce Chenango, says they are very happy to be in the city and will soon be ready for an open house.

After many long months of remodeling, Commerce Chenango has started to move into its new location in the center of downtown Norwich at the site of the former Two Sisters Café.

Commerce Chenango is gearing up for the first annual Chobani-Chamber Challenge 5k run/walk through downtown Norwich on Sept. 15. Event coordinator Jill Eddy said they’ve had a great response from out of the area.
